• Expected number of successful applicants: minimum 200, maximum 600
• Only micro and small enterprises based in Budapest are eligible to apply

Who can apply:

• Micro and small enterprises
• The project must be implemented in Hungary's more developed region (Budapest)

What developments are eligible for support:

• IT developments and equipment purchases.
• Websites and business administration systems
• IT developments – software and services required for the introduction and operation of digital technologies and services

A maximum of 24 months is available from the start of the project for its physical completion.

Eligibility requirements for participation in the grant programme:

• At least one fully completed financial year is required.
• The applicant must have a very low level of digital intensity.
• The applicant must have a debt-free status with the Hungarian Tax and Customs Administration (NAV).
• The implementation site specified in the grant application – such as the applicant's registered office, premises, branch office, or office – must be located in Hungary's more developed region.

DIMOP Plusz 1.2.3/A-24: – For the Digitalisation of Micro, Small and Medium-sized Enterprises

A new grant opportunity has become available, targeting digital development and modernisation. Under this grant programme, you can apply for funding of between HUF 3 million and HUF 20 million, with highly favourable conditions:

The most important details of the grant programme:

• Project funding amount: between HUF 3 million and HUF 20 million
• Application start date: active small and medium-sized enterprises have been able to apply since 5 December 2024; applications for micro-enterprises opened on 5 February 2025
• Disbursement: 100% paid in advance
• Non-refundable grant: 45%
• Loan (0% interest): 45%
• Own contribution: 10%

Eligibility requirements for participation in the grant programme:

• The total project size must be between HUF 4 million and HUF 22 million.
• The company must have at least 1 fully completed financial year (companies registered before 31 December 2022 are eligible to participate).
• The implementation site must have been registered for at least 1 year.
• Low digital intensity – if the company already uses an ERP or CRM system, the relevant expenditure is not eligible.
• 18 months are available for the implementation of the project.

There is no employee headcount requirement, making this an ideal option for micro-enterprises as well.

Within the framework of the project, businesses can implement digital developments. Up to 10% of the funding can be spent on purchasing computers, but wages cannot be financed from the grant.

Eligible costs under the grant programme include the introduction and implementation of business administration systems, including the implementation and integration of the FRIK ERP system.

With FRIK ERP, you can optimise your entire workflow, from the initial enquiry all the way through to final invoicing, with the functionality of 8–10 different software solutions available within a single system.

Supported activities:

The grant programme provides support for, among other things, the implementation of the following developments:

• Introduction of basic cloud-based computing services (software)
• Website development
• Development of e-commerce and e-invoicing solutions
• Introduction of ERP (enterprise resource planning) and CRM (customer relationship management) systems
• Application of artificial intelligence and data analytics technologies
• Introduction of software supporting remote and collaborative work

During the implementation of the developments, it is possible to purchase certified software and cloud services, as well as the equipment required for their operation. The costs of implementation are also eligible, including installation, testing, process development, and training costs related to the use of the new systems.

An important requirement is that the requested funding amount may not exceed ten times the applicant's revenue and ten times its operating profit in the last fully completed financial year prior to the submission of the application.
