It is a huge advantage to have the complete list of products available in one place. They can be categorized as needed. Adding a product includes indicating its name, article number, category if necessary, and it is also important to upload pictures for it. The price can be set in several currencies, and a description should be added as well. A sales facilitating tip: it is important to include the terms of delivery and payment in the product description or otherwise since if customers do not know how to get the product or how to pay for it, they will not make a purchase.

Mostly these should be enough to be able to sell a product, but if you need more parameters for the product, you can add custom fields to the product data sheet.

You can also easily change categories and create new ones. Once you've entered the name, you may want to set up an opening image that describes the category or subcategory appropriately, and we recommend that you include a description too.

The Customers tab provides the list of registered customers and their purchases, optionally displays the sales of a particular product / service, and the total value of active carts and their contents under the Shopping cart menu item. We will deal with email history from here, as you can view mail sent to buyers and the administrators from here to handle summary emails notifying you of the purchase process.

You can see all the orders you have received so far in the system, you can view the ordered products under a specific order number and you can change the status here to inform the buyer (e.g. delivered, refunded, accepted, etc.).

You may also need a Discount tab and the associated discount options and coupons. Coupons can be valid for some products or even for all goods in the webshop.
